Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Imvento's commerce operating system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations, including Philippine commerce laws and the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).

2. Description of Service

Imvento provides commerce management services including:

• Business management (brands, storefronts, branches)
• Inventory and procurement tools
• POS, orders, payments, and delivery management
• CRM and customer analytics
• Storefront hosting with custom domains

3. Business Data Protection

Your business data is protected from other businesses using access controls, permission checks, and operational safeguards. We do not share your private business records with other customers.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are processed via Stripe. You agree to pay all applicable fees. Failed payments may result in suspension of services. Refunds are handled in accordance with Philippine consumer protection laws.

5. PH Commerce Laws Compliance

Imvento complies with all applicable Philippine laws including:

• Republic Act 8792 (E-Commerce Act)
• Republic Act 7394 (Consumer Act)
• Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act)
• Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations for electronic invoicing

6. Limitation of Liability

Imvento shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

You may request deletion of your business account through available in-app tools or support channels. We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion unless a longer legal retention period applies.
